Send us photos of the damage at info@themodiste.co.uk to discuss your repair options. Please note, the listed price is the minimum charge and may vary depending on the complexity of the repair.

SHIPPING

Delivery of Your Pinning Kit

Your pinning kit will be sent to the checkout address you provided, using Royal Mail First Class. This service is included at no additional cost to you.

SENDING Your PINNED Dress to Us

For the most cost-effective option, please note that shipping your pinned dress/dresses to our studio is not included in our service fees.

You can either drop them off at our studio in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire or return it by post. If you have multiple dresses, feel free to send them together in one package.

Returning Your Completed Dresses

Once your alterations are complete, THE MODISTE will send your dress back to you via Royal Mail Tracked Returns to the address you provided at checkout. This postage cost is included in your alterations price.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time for your bridesmaid alterations begins from the first working day when we receive your dresses at our studio.

Please allow three weeks from that date for completion. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us at info@themodiste.co.uk before placing your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Before Sending Your Dress

If you wish to cancel your alterations order before sending your dress to us, please contact us at info@themodiste.co.uk

We can offer a partial refund depending on whether we’ve already sent you your complimentary fitting parcel.

After Your Dress Arrives at Our Studio

Once we receive your dress, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We will hold off on starting any alterations for 24 hours.

If you wish to cancel within this window, you may do so. After this time, we’ll begin working on your dress, which includes cutting fabric.

On Receiving Your Altered Dress

Once you receive your altered dress, you have four working days to contact us with any comments or concerns.

If we don’t hear from you within this period, we’ll consider your alterations approved and ready for the big day!
